I had the privilege of attending a Sales Workshop by Mr. Priyaranjan Kumar, a man of wit, humor, and diverse knowledge with 18 years of experience in Sales across the country. It was an honor to hear his stories of overcoming hardships to achieve success.


Here are my key takeaways:

1. Building Relationships: Essential in business; good rapport with team members is invaluable.

2. Ego Management: Stay humble and open to learning, especially in sales.

3. Entrepreneurial Spirit: His journey from a small breakfast venture to three successful outlets highlights the importance of taking risks and having a "double-or-nothing" spirit. Tenacity is essential for any business.

4. Sales in Life: Sales skills are universal; everything boils down to fair value transactions.

5. Storytelling: Success in sales often comes from selling stories, not just products.
