Kaamyaab hone ke liye nahi, kaabil hone ke liye padho"~ from Three Idiots.

As I embark on my MBA journey at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Noida, I couldn’t have asked for a better start than our first induction with such esteemed industry leaders.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Institute, the Management Department and our director Dr. Vandana Ahuja Ma’am for bringing together such exceptional personalities with a wealth of wisdom.

Hearing from these leaders provided the clarity and motivation I needed to kickstart this new chapter with the right mindset. Here are my key takeaways:

1. KSA (Knowledge, Skill and Attitude)

Dr. Shrirang Altekar sir rightly said, "Attitude is everything, and your knowledge is your power." The pizza metaphor is unforgettable! 😁

2. Energy. (Dharma Rakshit Sir)
- Focus on your energy and spend it wisely.
- Get out of your comfort zone
- Be curious and have a clean slate

3. The 3A Rule( Agility, adaptability and alignment)

“If you don’t expose yourself to suffering you won’t achieve greatness.”
Raman Talwar Sir's entrepreneurial journey was truly inspiring.

4. ACTION (Adaptability, Credibility, Transparency, Integrity, Opportunity, Networking)

As Mr. Rajat (CHRO, SBI Mutual Funds) sir said, “Whatever you do today, think of tomorrow." Your actions today shape your future. Follow the ACTION plan and act wisely.

5. 3S’s

Sign up: for whatever comes your way.
Show up: even when you don’t feel like it.
Skill up: it will definitely help you grow.

Nikunj Dang sir emphasized the importance of having the "so what attitude," like Rancho, always question and never develop a complaining habit.

6.  Skill Up
As Surya AV sir advised, I’ll keep it short:
-Machines are taking over jobs, so skill up.
-The market has changed; there’s no vertical hierarchy system now.
-You are your own competitor.

I am sure these learnings can help us achieve our desired goal.
I am ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities ahead. Here’s to growth, learning, and making the most of this incredible journey!
