Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into HR processes, particularly in areas like performance management systems, digital HR transformation, and organizational workflows. The initial phase involved getting familiar with the workspace, understanding key processes, and observing the department’s role in driving transformation and efficiency. It has been a truly enriching and insightful experience, and I look forward to learning more, gaining practical exposure, and making the most of this journey in the coming weeks.

  - Nitya Jain   SIBM, Noida I’m delighted to share that I have started my internship as a Marketing Intern at Paharpur 3P , a leading company in innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. My first day was both insightful and exciting. It began with an engaging induction session, followed by a detailed manufacturing plant tour where I got to understand the end-to-end packaging process. As a marketing student, it was especially interesting to see how products are developed, as it helps in understanding how marketing strategies connect with real-world production.
