I’ve joined the Human Resource Transformation (HRT) cell under HRD at Punjab National Bank, Head Office, and I am excited to share a glimpse of my summer internship journey.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into HR processes, particularly in areas like performance management systems, digital HR transformation, and organizational workflows. The initial phase involved getting familiar with the workspace, understanding key processes, and observing the department’s role in driving transformation and efficiency.

It has been a truly enriching and insightful experience, and I look forward to learning more, gaining practical exposure, and making the most of this journey in the coming weeks.
