"One day became day One… and @gmail.com found its way to @rbi.org.in ✨" I am delighted to share that I have successfully completed my summer internship at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
This journey gave me an insightful exposure to the functioning of a regulatory institution and enriched me with both professional and personal learning. Key Learnings & Contributions: 🔹 Worked with the Complaint Management System (CMS) and understood RBI’s grievance redressal mechanisms and Ombudsman framework 🔹 Analysed five-year complaint trends, gaining insights into grievance patterns and data-driven decision making 🔹 Contributed ideas toward CMS portal improvement and awareness initiatives to enhance outreach and effectiveness 🔹 Presented my minor and major projects before senior management, strengthening my confidence, communication, and analytical skills 🔹 Gained valuable exposure to regulatory processes, institutional functioning, and the distinct working culture of the public sector Beyond work, this experience groomed me with patience, adaptability, and professionalism. Moving beyond my comfort zone came with challenges, but it reinforced one important learning: Believing in yourself is the first step toward growth. ✨ Grateful to the mentors, officers, and senior management at RBI and my college Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Noida ,Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Ahuja, Director, SIBM Noida and faculty Dr. Vikas Garg, Dr. Ritesh Dwivedi, Dr. Pooja Sehgal Tabeck for their guidance and support throughout this enriching journey. Looking forward to carrying these learnings ahead. 🌱
