Lean Six Sigma Certification Programme in Collaboration with Grant Thornton

 Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Noida conducted a Lean Six Sigma Certification Course from 7th to 10th September 2026 for the MBA 2026–28 batch, in collaboration with Grant Thornton.

The programme focused on developing students’ understanding of process improvement, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and operational efficiency. Through industry-oriented sessions and practical learning, students were introduced to the application of Lean Six Sigma principles in addressing business challenges and improving organisational processes.

The course familiarised students with the key stages of the Lean Six Sigma methodology—Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control (DMAIC)—and highlighted their relevance in achieving structured and sustainable process improvements.

The certification initiative provided students with valuable industry exposure and an opportunity to strengthen skills that are relevant across diverse business functions.

The successful completion of the programme reflects SIBM Noida’s commitment to industry-integrated learning and developing future-ready management professionals through meaningful academic and professional development opportunities.
